The three bedroom maisonette consists of two floors and is located in the southwest section of Julipapas Gardens. With a total area of 145 m², the maisonette offers great views of the swimming pool. The ground floor includes two living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a luggage storage place. A staircase connects the ground floor with the three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom includes a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms two single beds each. A large bathroom is located in the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The three bedroom maisonette has balconies in all bedrooms, a patio near the private entrance and a private porch on the back.
